Product and assortment concepts
It is our great passion to develop product and assortment ideas for our customers, to identify new market trends, to pick them up and to implement them in new products or to find new trend products that already exist and to adapt them to the product/assortment concept of our customers.
In many cases, however, our long-standing production partners also approach us with new innovative products / product ideas. If our customers have specific product and range requirements, we look for suitable solutions and, if necessary, new production partners. This also includes the development and implementation of sustainable packaging concepts. We are always happy to assist with product design.
Production
Once a product has been approved together with our customers, we realise it with our production partners. Final product samples are created and after final approval by our customers, production starts.
Quality control
The entire production process is quality controlled. Samples are picked from the various production batches and tested by internationally reputable testing companies such as SGS for EU marketability or additionally defined quality tests. Only after the quality tests have been passed and the quality certificates have been presented the products are released for shipping.

Logistics
To ensure that our customers receive the products in sufficient quantities as quickly as possible, we provide efficient goods logistics. We work with nationally and internationally operating logistics companies that offer a high degree of flexibility and speed, have access to sufficient freight space in sea, air and truck freight and have sufficient storage capacity. This is particularly important in times of disrupted supply chains.

Our job and responsibility do not end with the delivery to our customers. We monitor sales, constantly think about product and process optimization, take suggestions for improvement and discuss them with our customers.
We deal with complaints from customer employees or end customers (consumers) and inspect rejected products, product and shipping packaging. We attach great importance to communication with our customers. Therefore, we are always personally available for our customers on weekdays. We do not have waiting loops in voice/telephone computers.
